The issue has nothing to do with Gmail and it does not occur due to syncing with Gmail. This issue causes confusion for the customer that whether the emails have properly synced from Gmail or not.Īlso, it causes difficulties to find particular email in the folder at the time of need. During this period, in Search option of Outlook, it does not show any emails with subject line or name.
Sometimes customers face this issue while Microsoft Outlook client is syncing with Gmail.
